Cuttingedgekids respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us on merreneducator@primusonline.com.au
Pricing:
All pricing on Cuttingedgekids is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Cuttingedgekids reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Ordering:
At Cuttingedgekids, we understand that customers have different needs and desires. We have devised several forms of ordering so you the customer can decide what best suits you.
Online:
Orders can be made online with the help of our user–friendly shopping cart system. Our order form is running on an eComm secure server using an eWay payment gateway, and details are scrambled—everything about you remains confidential. We accept payment online by Visa and Mastercard.
cuttingedgekids uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) and the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us on (02) 69 427719 to process your order.
At all times cuttingedgekids practices safe e-commerce. We do not store credit card details and nor do we share your personal information with any other parties. We do not retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase from cuttingedgekids you have the option of returning the toys to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions.
Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the product price only, not the amount for postage
The cost of the return postage is at the customers expense
The items must be returned in their entirety and in original condition within 7 days of receipt
This offer excludes reduced or sale items
Refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged
Faulty Goods:
At Cuttingedgekids every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Cuttingedgekids will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.

Clearance:
Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.
Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders:
While we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations occur. We try and maintain a constant supply but there can be delays and this is due to suppliers waiting on deliveries from toy manufacturers which is a situation beyond our control. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
